This newest 2025 edition A-55G/2.1 improves upon the original A-55G and A-55G/2 with a redesigned diaphragm and internal structure that give it greater power handling ability along with increased reliability and durability while being smoother in frequency response and much less distortion than the K-55 drivers.

Very easy to install and worked perfectly. Planning to buy the bass replacement speakers soon.
They sound great. Can’t wait to get the tweeters. Then the speakers will be complete with woofer midrange and tweeter upgrades on my 40 year old khorns.

Great sound, easy installation. They screw directly in where you unscrewed the old midrange. Don't hesitate, purchase these with new tweeters. And upgrade the cross over.
