This tweeter can be used to replace the 8 ohm T-35 and K-77/K-77M tweeter with no crossover modification. The tweeter will go higher in frequency and is much smoother in response - Includes hookup wires - The Z-Brackets are used to push the tweeter to the front of the motorboard, you only need these if your speaker already has them.

My 1987 Klipschorns (new to me) showed some signs of trouble with the tweeters. When pink noise in the tweeter range was played the tweeters definitely sounded different. One has differently tonal qualities and was softer than the other. Rather than try to replace the diaphrams, I decided to upgrade to the Crites CT120 tweeter. It really clarified the highs giving more 'heft' to the highs. (If it's even possible for highs above 4500hz to have heft.) Michael was very helpful, letting me know they were out of the CT120, but that the CT110 was functionally the same. He was right. Thanks Michael Crites.
