Replaced worn out 1967 Khorns original drivers, performance exceeded expectation, much better lower distortion, better frequency response, The gasket was much thicker than originals, requiring longer screws than originals, seal to motor board was leaky had to augment the gasket with additional weather proofing rubber sealing, possibly the new screws where too long, but Depot/Lowes did not have a perfect screw. Now better than they ever played for the past 2 decades.

Have to say the Cast Frame Woofer seems to go a bit deeper and richer after about 15 hours of playing. Very pleased to say the least!
Had a bad woofer on a Cornwall, upgraded to these....yes, upgraded, a solid improvement. I also purchased and installed the "Silver" crossover kit, together they really freshened up what already sounded magnificent to my ear before the blown woofer.
