Excellent drivers. Part of a complete crossover/driver rebuild for a pair of 31 year old Klipschorns. Whole system is lively and present. Bass goes way down without taking over and is very well balanced with the squawker and tweeter. Lots of headroom. It has the boom if the song warrants it. Solid build.

The speakers arrived from the U.S. to New Zealand in excellent time. I was actually a bit surprised how quickly they were delivered considering all the chaos in the shipping industry right now. I removed the old KHorn woofers, made in 1988, and installed the new ones. No issues. I then put on some music to begin the break in period and Wow .. what a difference. I guess the old ones were tired, but still trying. But the new ones are fantastic, delivering clean tight bass with plenty of authority. And this is them out of the box. They should get even better after a week or so. A big thank you to the team at Crites speakers for making it so easy to order them.

I’m really glad Crites products are available. Exceptional quality and ships very quickly. These will be worthy upgrades to my Belles.

Although I have not checked the functioning of the speakers the construction looks very high quality.
