The kit was great but made no difference in the sound quality because it's my source input that seems off. Still investigating my problem.
I ordered the Crites rebuild kit for my Klipsch La Scala crossovers (Type AA). I bought the upgraded Silver level components and am very satisfied with the product. It's tough enough to read a circuit diagram and to source/price replacement capacitors, but Crites has already done the legwork for techie audiophiles like me. Michael Crites even spoke with me by phone on the necessity of replacing crossover transformers (not unless they're malfunctioning). Also, ordering was a breeze, and their website is well-organized and easy to navigate through. GREAT job, Crites--I'll be making another order from you soon. To anyone else reading this, don't even hesitate--Crites is awesome.
